Who is responsible for your details

Data sent through Nunthorpe Garden Decks is controlled by Neil Evans, who runs the site as a sole trader. Questions about your data go to hello@nunthorpegardendecks.co.uk.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number and postcode, the type of decking you’re interested in and what you tell us about the garden. Email and photos are optional and only collected if you add them. The site has no analytics and does not track you.

What happens to a request

The site is not yet paired with a decking business. While that is the case, each request is read once, is not answered, is not shared with anyone else, and is deleted within 30 days. Nothing you send is used for marketing, and it is never sold.

Where it is held

The form sends your details by email. The website is hosted in the UK by Krystal Hosting Ltd, and the email is delivered to a Google Gmail inbox. Both act only as service providers. The legal basis for handling your details is legitimate interests: answering an enquiry you decided to make.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details held about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted sooner. Email hello@nunthorpegardendecks.co.uk and you will get a reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can raise it with the ICO, the UK’s data regulator, at ico.org.uk.
